Nail Art
Basic: Basic Nail Art is something super simple. For example a French Manicure, some swirls on 1 or 2 nails, cuticle dots on every nail etc are all classed as "Basic"
Detailed: Detailed Nail Art is typically a more detailed design on 2 or 3 nails on each hand, or something less time consuming but still cute on all of your nails e.g. Swirls on all nails, Tortoise shell on 2 or 3 etc.
Deluxe: Deluxe Nail Art is the full works! This is something super detailed and time consuming on all of your nails e.g. encapsulated glitters or hand painted characters etc. If you are unsure if your requirements would be classed as Deluxe, feel free to send me over a photo or get in touch to discuss your requirements ahead of your appointment booking.
Please remember to add "Nail Art" onto your appointments when booking! I can't always guarantee I'll have time on the day and would hate to disappoint anyone so I urge you to book in advance or contact me to discuss ahead of booking so we can establish your requirements.
Cancellations
Nailed By Erin operates a 24 hour Cancellation policy. Any appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged at 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.
No-Shows
Any No-Show will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment cost. No-Shows means no income for me so I hope you understand why this policy must be enforced.
Lateness
Sometimes life gets in the way and things happen which cause us to be late which is why I operate a 10 minute lateness policy. Anything over 10 minutes from your scheduled appointment and I can't guarantee I'll have time to carry out your full appointment, in which case it may need to be amended or if there is not sufficient time left to complete the appointment this will result in a no show charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment cost. If you are going to be late please let me know as soon as possible.
Repairs
Any breakages, chipping or lifting that occurs within 7 days of your appointment will be repaired free of charge. Anything after 7 days will have a small charge. Please refer to my online booking system link below for booking any repairs:

Treatment Age
Due to my Insurance I must adhere to treatment age restrictions for some of my services. For any Nail Extension treatments clients must at least 16 years old. For any Gel Polish treatments clients must be at least 14 years old.
